: (1) A person who wants to register the trademark of his closed trade or business in accordance with section 18 should apply to the department in the format as per schedule-1(c) along with 4 copies of the trademark.
(2) The person making the application according to sub-section (1) must submit his application as well as the application specified in (a) of Schedule-3(3) to the customs department.
